Request to Cancel Your Service

 

At Netwire Fiber, we value our customers, but we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your service. We provide an online Cancellation Request form to make the process as seamless as possible.
All cancellation requests must comply with our Terms and Conditions of Service, including requirements for advance notice and any applicable fees.

How It Works

1. Submit a Request:

 

Complete the Cancellation Request Form below with accurate details, including your unit number (if applicable), address, and desired cancellation date.

 

Requests must be submitted 15 days before the next billing cycle. Late submissions may incur penalties or cancellation fees.

2. Confirmation:

 

After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation. This serves as proof that your request has been successfully recorded.

3. Processing the Cancellation:

 

Your cancellation will align with the submission date of the online form.
Our team will process the cancellation on the back end and send you an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.

 

Important:  Requests submitted after the start of a new billing cycle will not be eligible for refunds for that month. Service will remain active until the billing cycle ends, with cancellation taking effect in the following month.

4. Billing Information Removal:

 

Once your cancellation is processed, all stored billing information, including credit card or banking details, will be securely removed from our system.

Important Notes:

 

  • Reactivations: If you choose to reactivate your service after cancellation, a $99.99 reactivation and installation fee will apply. Free installation is available only for first-time customers.
  • Submission Methods: All cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively online. Requests via phone or email will not be accepted.
  • Accurate Information: Ensure the information you provide, including your email address and service address, is accurate when submitting the form.


Terms of Service: This process is subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at activation time.
