At Netwire Fiber, we understand that sometimes you may need to pause your residential services temporarily. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free way to put your account on hold.

 

With our Account Suspension option, you can suspend your residential service for at least two months and up to six months without incurring charges during the pause period.
 

How It Works

1. Submit a Request:

 

Use the form below to formally request a service halt.

2. Verification:

 

Our team will contact you to confirm your details and the requested dates.

3. No Charges During Halt:

 

Billing will stop during the halt period and automatically resume once the pause ends.


 

4. Extend If Needed:

 

If you need to extend your service pause beyond the initial period, please note that additional fees may apply as outlined in our terms and conditions

Important Notes

 

  • The suspension period must be for a minimum of two months.
  • Services will automatically resume once the suspension period ends, and billing will restart.
  • Delays or late payments after the pause period may result in applicable fees.
