How It Works

1. Submit a Request:

Complete the Move Request Form below, providing all the necessary details about your current service and your new location.

2. Pay the Move Fee:

A one time $49.99 service fee will be applied to cover the transition, including cancellation at your current location and setup at the new address

3. Flexible Transition:

Keep your service active at your current unit for up to 15 days while we activate service at your new location. This option enables you to have uninterrupted connectivity during your move.

4. Confirmation & Processing:

Our team will review your request, confirm your details, and handle the transfer promptly and efficiently.

5. Billing Update:

Your billing and payment details will be updated automatically to reflect your new service location.
